Since our establishment in March 2011, which was then a brand new venture , we initially focused on investments in commercial properties such as shop offices. SJ Holdings SDN BHD has since moved into consultancy and property development. Towards the end of 2017, SJ Holdings Sdn Bhd accelerated its growth by taking the bold step of purchasing a 9 acre plot of industrial land.

Simultaneously, SJ Holdings SDN BHD secured its first EMS client which is now its tenant in occupation of the factory and warehouse at this 9 acre plot of land. SJ Holdings SDN BHD then proceeded to develop other properties which has greatly contributed to significant Gross Development Value for the Company and its stakeholders.
